BGA lodeeju, bet ne datoros un mobilajos. Un ar pieliimeetiem reti saskaros. Un prasiiju zinoshiem, kaa civili njem nost. Ja zini, tad pasaki, ja nee , tad varbuut tomeer paklusee...

HP Pavilioniem DV 6000 sarkanais ķemzulis pierasta lieta , no 10 Pavilioniem vismaz 8 ir pabijuši garantijas remontā kur mainīta mātesplate. Tādām MB dienvidu , ziemeļu un video chipiem pa perimetru apziesta šī kompad smēre. Es daru tā : uz JOVY RE-7500 ar apakšējo sildvirsmu mātesplate tiek sasildīta līdz 75 grādiem ,tad apkārt chipam apsmērēju FLUX (no cleaning) tālāk plati sildu līdz 135 grādiem (caurspīdīgais flux pieņem sarkanīgu nokrāsu) ,atliek ar strupu priekšmetu UZMANĪGI noņemt REDZAMĀS kompad-smēres paliekas - parasti tas aizņem nepilnu minūti.Ja interesē pastāstīšu sīkāk , bet pa telefonu.(Nomainīti vismaz 90- 100 chipi no tie vismaz 60 ar compad-smēri)
